CU Group was proudly selected as the successful tender for this prestigious project, delivering an integrated security and life safety solution throughout the building.

The scope of our work includes:

• A comprehensive CCTV system, featuring specialised Pan Tilt Zoom cameras to provide full perimeter coverage and enhance situational awareness.
• A robust Intruder Alarm system, ensuring the security of all key areas within the premises.
• Advanced Access Control, with multiple doors equipped for both keypad and fob entry to manage secure access efficiently.
• An addressable Fire Alarm system that connects multiple buildings within Central Plaza. This complex network comprises over 2,000 devices and 18 panels, all seamlessly integrated. The system also features an aspiration system, which provides early and reliable fire detection for enhanced safety.

Thanks to our collaborative approach and the expertise of everyone involved, we successfully delivered a solution that prioritises both security and safety. This comprehensive system is designed to protect all occupants and visitors, reinforcing Central Plaza as a secure and innovative environment.
